Our clients enjoy, without asking, a direct discount of 10 percent on all products presented here and in printed informations. 

We deliver to written, telephonic and electronic order in Switzerland and Liechtenstein against invoice, to accounts abroad by registered airmail and advanced payment (PayPal). Customers with invoices urged more than twice may be supplied only against advanced payment.
Regarding the regrettable development in mail order business, orders from first and guest customers are delivered against advanced payment only. We ask for understanding and thank you in advance. 

The shipment of packages for Switzerland and Liechtenstein is made by Swiss Post Logics. Domestic orders incoming until 12:00 h are sent by priority mail and are usually the next day in the hands of the customer. Delivered goods remain property of ERRA TEAM AG until full payment of the related invoice. Items offered in the webSHOP as well as in our brochures are - by exception of articles of our own production -, subject to change and are based on the conditions of our suppliers. 

VAT at the prevailing rate is shown on the invoice and included in the related prices. Postage fees, possible additional insurances are reported separately and are payable by the customer. Risks associated with shipment and delivery to the buyer.

We offer the right of return for ordered items (except club material), under condition that the items are not used or damaged and returned to us in its original condition during 8 days after receipt. Return fees are in charge of the client. Items produced on demand of the customer, damaged or dirty, cannot be withdrawn.

Published or implied changes to the material made ​​by the manufacturers due to technical improvement or as a result of new rules of the ITTF during the term of the current bid cannot be influenced by us and are not in any way our liability. Quality variations are within the exclusive responsibility of the manufacturer.
Affected by changes in exchange rates or market situations, we reserve the right to adapt prices accordingly without further notice. 

Due to the changing economic situation in the shipping commerce, we are forced to charge a default of 5 % pro rata for exceeding the payment term of more than 14 days mesis. After the second reminder a fee of CHF 10.- is charged additionally.
