Please understand that the shipping costs are integrated on the automatic order confirmation only for orders with prepayment by credit card or PayPal.
In the case of invoices issued in our sales office, the amount for shipping - usually CHF 14.- for parcels, CHF 7.50 for the large letter - is shown separately on the invoice.
